Product Questions

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We absolutely LOVE doing custom work! While custom isn't orderable directly on the website, please feel free to reach out to us via the "Contact" tab and let us know what you have in mind. Please note: Out of respect of other artists, we do not recreate or copy work by other tie dye creators. 

Can I send you a garment for custom dyeing?
At this time, we only work with the brands we offer. To ensure vibrant, lasting color, we require a high cotton content, and many brands are not transparent about their fabric composition. If you have any concerns about sizing, please refer to the sizing chart available in each listing.

How should I care for my tie-dye?
Washing: Each garment has been pre-washed twice before shipping, but some residual dye may still be present. To prevent color transfer, we recommend washing in cold water with similar or dark colors for the first few washes.

Drying: We line dry all items to maintain their size and vibrancy. Due to the high cotton content, machine drying may cause shrinkage. Repeated exposure to high heat can also lead to premature fading.

Will the tie-dye fade over time?
We use professional-grade fiber reactive dye and a carefully crafted process to ensure the colors stay vibrant for years. While natural fading can occur with regular wear, exposure to water and sunlight, or repeated high-heat drying, proper care will help maintain the brightness of your tie-dye for as long as possible.

How do I care for my hemp jewelry?
Hemp jewelry is safe to get wet, but avoid prolonged water and sun exposure, as this may weaken the fibers over time. To clean, gently hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, then air dry completely. Store in a dry place and remove before swimming or showering. If it stiffens, roll it between your fingers to soften.
DISCLAIMER: We never recommend sleeping in hemp jewelry due to the risk of strangulation. Not intended for small children, as charms may pose a choking hazard.


Orders & Shipping

How long does order processing take?
Made-to-order items typically take about 8 business days to process. Ready-to-ship items are usually sent out within 4 hours. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, it will be shipped once all items are ready. This does not include transit time - please plan accordingly to avoid any delays by USPS. 

What’s the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order products?
Ready-to-Ship items are one-of-a-kind, completed products that are ready to be sent out immediately. This includes Catnip Kickers, Jewelry, Tapestries, Clearance and Bags.

Made-to-Order items are created after an order is placed. Each listing will specify whether the product is ready to ship or made to order in the description.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within the United States. 

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number to the email used to place the order once your order ships.

Can I expedite my order?
Our tie-dye process follows a specific order, and we process all orders in the order they are received, so we are unable to expedite production. However, if you’d like to upgrade to expedited shipping once your order is ready, please contact us for a quote.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are handmade and often custom, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
